Charming Elopement: Two Hours for Intimate Ceremonies

 

The Charming Elopement gives you two hours of venue access, an officiant to perform the ceremony, a wedding coordinator, setup and cleanup, toasting champagne for the couple, and a custom wedding cake. You can marry in one of our parlors with the original woodwork and painted ceilings, or on the elevated ceremony deck outdoors. 

 

 

This package works if you're keeping your ceremony small and private, or if you're celebrating with family separately. Add-ons include King suites for overnight stays, the option to bring your own alcohol, additional event hours, live ceremony music with violin and cello, a professional photographer, or the vintage Rolls-Royce for pictures or transportation.

Parlor Wedding: Three Hours with a Bridal Suite

 

The Parlor Wedding extends your time to three hours and includes a King Bridal Suite for preparation and your wedding night. You'll also get an event planner, day of coordinator, setup and cleanup, gold Chiavari ceremony chairs, toasting champagne, and a custom wedding cake.

An Elegant Affair is the full-service package. You get twelve hours of venue access from 10 am to 10 pm, seating for up to 120 indoors or 300 outdoors, an event planner and day of coordinator, the King Bridal Suite with breakfast, ceremony officiant, rehearsal, live music or DJ, catered meal with your choice of caterer, elegant table settings with gold Chiavari chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware, custom cake, and champagne. 

 

This package handles the ceremony and reception in one location with professional coordination, managing the timeline. 

Luxe Reception: Full Reception Without Ceremony Elements

 

The Luxe Reception removes the officiant, rehearsal, and ceremony setup. You still get venue access from 10 am to 10 pm for a four to six-hour event duration, the King Bridal/Honeymoon Suite, music with a DJ or live violin and cello, catering, setup and cleanup, elegant table linens, chairs, centerpieces, and china service, toasting champagne, and a custom wedding cake. 

 

Use this package if you're marrying elsewhere, eloping earlier in the day, or holding your ceremony at another location, and you want a full reception here without paying twice for ceremony coordination.

Venue Only Rental: Space and Flexibility

 

The Venue Only Rental gives you the full house with four suites and breakfast, access to the indoor and outdoor event spaces, and tables and chairs with setup and teardown. You'll coordinate your own catering, bar service, decor, music, and timeline. 

 

This package works for couples who already have their vendors locked in and want the venue without bundled services. Optional add-ons include catering services, tent rentals, linens, tableware, and event staff.

Open Vendor Policy and BYO Bar Service

 

We allow outside catering and a BYO bar service option, which can save you fifty to sixty percent compared to other bar setups. You can also work with a licensed caterer to handle the full bar if you prefer. 

 

The open vendor policy extends to photographers, florists, DJs, and other professionals. We coordinate with them on your behalf, but you're not restricted to a preferred vendor list.
