We have an open vendor policy. You choose your caterer, and we have a catering prep kitchen on site to support them. For bar service, you can run a full bar through a licensed caterer, set up a cash bar, open bar, or consumption-based arrangement, or bring your own alcohol. The BYO option can save 50 to 60 percent on bar costs compared to standard service. For a lot of couples, that's a meaningful number.

The mansion has four king suites, each with an attached private bath, luxury linens, and Wi-Fi. A multi-course breakfast is prepared fresh each morning and served at the table by innkeepers Brian and Mary. The couple stays in the King Bridal Suite on their wedding night. Out-of-town guests can book the remaining suites and wake up together the next day. It turns one day into a real weekend.
